Meet Our Team
Born and based in Maun, Botswana, Rea is a wildlife filmmaker with nearly a decade of experience working in remote environments across Africa, Asia and Latin America, communicating freely in German and Spanish. With a foundation in professional guiding he combines field expertise with long-lens cinematography, drone systems, and thermal imaging technology to document authentic animal behaviour in demanding conditions. His mission is to bring people who may never experience this first hand, closer to nature and view wild places as they truly are.
Tristen is a Emmy-nominated wildlife cinematographer specialising in predator behaviour and long-form observational storytelling. He has filmed extensively in remote environments, contributing to internationally broadcast natural history productions for leading global platforms. Tristen is recognised for his fieldcraft, long lens cinematography, drone operating and cinematography, thermal imaging cinematography, behavioural insight, and ability to secure rare, behaviour-led sequences through sustained time in the field and precise technical execution.
Britt oversees operations, partnerships, and company coordination at Brinkewood Films, supporting productions across the UK and Botswana.Her background spans strategic partnerships, and organisational leadership, bringing strong experience in managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, and building effective operational structures. At Brinkewood Films, she focuses on supporting production delivery, partnerships, and company development as the organisation grows
